We are excited to offer a gluten-free pizza crust for guests who choose to avoid gluten. However, Descendant Detroit Style Pizza is not a gluten-free facility. Our gluten-free pizzas are prepared in the same kitchen and baked in the same oven as our regular pizzas. While we use separate utensils and take reasonable precautions to reduce cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any pizza is completely free of gluten. Because of the risk of cross-contamination, our gluten-free pizzas are not recommended for guests with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies.
